Chili in a bag

The whole hot chilli pepper is the typical ingredient par excellence of Sicilian cuisine; with its classic cone shape and bright red colour, it is so famous that it is in demand and exported all over the world for its flavour, as well as for its aromatic, therapeutic and aphrodisiac qualities.

It is used to season first and second courses and meat and fish dishes, but its use also expands in confectionery and gastronomy for desserts, chocolate, or spicy sauces.
