Capers Pate

Each jar contains desalinated and ground capers with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, which makes them soft and creamy; a pinch of oregano gives it that extra touch of fragrance.

It is a perfect dressing for first courses, grilled meat or fish dishes, canapés and bruschetta.
